What this is
Elite Edge is a private coaching portal for agents enrolled in the KW Lancaster productivity coaching program. Access is by invitation and ends when your participation in the program ends, except as described under Graduation.
Your account
Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell your coach immediately if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is logged under your login.
Honest numbers
The program runs on self-reported activity. Logging numbers you did not do defeats the coaching, distorts the leaderboard for everyone else, and is grounds for removal from the program.
Other people's information
Transaction records include client names. Treat anything you can see in the portal about clients or other agents as confidential and use it only for program purposes.
Graduation and leaving
When you graduate, you keep access to your history, resources and the directory as an alumni member. If you leave the program or KW Lancaster, your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy page.
The practical fine print
The portal is provided as-is for the program's use; it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. The program may update these terms, and will tell you when it does. Questions go to your coach or Precision Leverage Solutions.
