Elite Edge is an invite-only coaching portal for agents in the KW Lancaster productivity coaching program, operated by Precision Leverage Solutions on behalf of the program. This page says, in plain language, what data the portal holds and who can see it.
What we collect
Your name, email and phone; the activity you log on your scorecard (conversations, appointments, agreements and similar counts); your transactions, including property address, client name, price and commission; coaching notes and session attendance; and standard login records. We deliberately do not collect Social Security numbers, bank details, payment cards or health information.
Who sees what
Your coach sees everything you log — that is the point of a coaching program. Other agents see only the weekly leaderboard: activity totals, never commissions, transactions or coaching notes. The Market Center administrator sees transactions and program production totals, but not your daily activity or anything your coach writes. These boundaries are enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.
AI-generated summaries
Once a week, your name and your weekly activity totals are sent to Anthropic, an AI provider, to draft the short coaching summary on your dashboard. Your clients' names and your commission amounts are never included, and under Anthropic's commercial terms the data is not used to train AI models.
Where your data lives
The database and login system are hosted by Supabase in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. The application runs on Vercel. Your data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never disclosed outside the program.
If you leave the program
Tell your coach and your account is deactivated immediately. Your personal records are deleted within 90 days. Closed transactions remain in the program's historical totals with your name removed, because they are part of the Market Center's production record.
Your rights
At any time you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Requests go to your coach or to Precision Leverage Solutions and are answered within two weeks.
